PrintKey is a handy utility to allow you to capture part or all of the computer display for printing or saving.
Windows XP Users: copy the Printkey2000.exe file from the class software CD to your c:\documents and settings\all users\start menu\programs\startup directory. PrintKey will start automatically the next time you log in.
Using PrintKey
Press the PrintScreen key on your keyboard to capture the screen. You can use Alt+PrintScreen to capture only the active window. The PrintKey dialog will pop up and look like this:

You can save the image or copy it to the clipboard for inclusion in a Word document. In addition, you can print the captured screen by clicking on the Print button.
After capturing a screen, you must close the PrintKey dialog before you can capture another screen.
